Rae started her career in real estate back office systems upon graduating from university. As the financial controller of a real estate brokerage with 75 plus REALTORS® and employees, Rae gained valuable insight into the questions and concerns facing broker owners and REALTORS®. During this time Rae’s family tripled when she married her husband Rémi and three years later, welcomed a son, Jonah, into the mix. Together they share a love of dogs and weekend cottage life.
When not with her family, Rae furthered her education with an Information Systems Programmer/Analyst Certificate and Certified General Accounting courses. She has acquired an exceptional knowledge base in the Lone Wolf Realty Management System© used by many brokerages.
Her education, experience and expertise allow her to custom tailor her team solutions ranging from consultation to bookkeeping in both onsite and online environments. She takes special pleasure in mentoring her team and sharing her love of real estate accounting. Rae stays true to her roots by offering easy, comfortable, and reliable solutions.

Hanna was born in China where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management. In 2013 she moved to Winnipeg and enrolled at Red River College where she earned her Business Administration Diploma. Currently enrolled in the Chartered Professional Account Program, she is working towards completion of her CPA designation.
Hanna loves traveling around the world, and has visited seven countries with her family so far. Her dream destinations are Africa and Europe, Africa for animals and Europe for civil history.
Hanna is a friendly optimistic person who is enjoys communicating with her clients in support of their financial goals.
Bookkeeper | Dog Mom
Emily graduated with a diploma in Business Administration from Red River College. She hopes to continue her education and pursue her goals of becoming a Chartered Professional Accountant.
Emily is one of the bookkeepers at Blue Jean Business Solutions. She thrives on a small family-like work environment where strong client and co-worker relationships can be made. When she’s not crunching numbers, Emily enjoys spending her time outdoors, quading, fishing, and camping with her dog Jax, of course.
Bookkeeper | Animal Lover
Tiffany joined the team as our office receptionist and has since found herself pursuing a bookkeeping career. She is currently enrolled in a bookkeeping program with graduation scheduled for fall of 2018. Tiffany is key part of our support team assisting whenever and wherever the need arises. She enjoys greeting her clients and assisting them with their bookkeeping needs.
In her free time, you can find Tiffany enjoying the weather outside on her deck, taking her dogs for a walk, and going fishing, or watching a football game. GO BOMBERS!
Office Administrator | Podcast Enthusiast
Shawn grew up in Nova Scotia and moved to Winnipeg in 2016. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English and has recently completed his Library Technician diploma. As the Administrative Support Clerk he greets visitors and manages scheduling for the team. Shawn also manages the key performance indicators for the company ensuring we are achieving our own business objectives.
Shawn enjoys exploring Winnipeg on foot, trips to the library, and listening to podcasts.
Office Greeter | Dog Park Connoisseur
Rescued from the Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter in 2010, Wookiee filled the very first vacancy on team Blue Jean. As the office greeter Wookiee is a shy but friendly lady who loves the serenity that her bookkeeping office provides. If not at the reception desk waiting for her welcome treat, she can be found quietly snuggled up on one of her office beds. She has respect for visitors and an uncanny sense for those that may not want to visit.
When not boosting office morale Wookiee can be found close to her family.
Office Security | Escape Artist Extraordinaire
Oskar joined the team in the summer of 2017. He is the biggest little dog you will ever meet. As office security, he is often the first to acknowledge visitors.
Oskar is an energized ball of joy that enjoys all team events, especially lunch. He might say a quick hello but rarely lingers in one place long enough for a pet.
